2020 has been A YEAR so far, to say the least. I think we can all agree that the exhaustion is real and for me, personally, I’ve had both really good and bad days over the last few months of being quarantined.

One thing that I have always made a huge priority, but especially lately, is allowing myself time to breathe and indulge in self-care.
